Rise and fall on the sea the tide
A formless beast beneath my hide
Deep down the ocean calm
So vast and complete
Like the swaying leaf of palm
Little fins and tiny feet
In my blood the deluge of cells
Flowing kelp, countless shells
In the morning the ocean cries
But feels no pain and strife
At noon its stilled by the lullaby
Of the sunny blue open sky
Then it bursts forth with life
A shimmering yellow dancing shoal
What makes the ocean whole?
The evening brings an ominous scare
Doubt, fear and despair
The ocean lazily rolls along
Singing a quiet, mournful song
Come night the ocean is dark and deep
Does it ever go to sleep?
I know it tosses and teems like me
I wonder if it dreams like me
It comes from nowhere and nowhere it goes
If only I knew, what the ocean knows
don ‘t knw why bt i can relete to this post ..
your lines show exactly what i feel
